Nothing New :(

today was just a relaxing day, we didn't do much, just lounged around the house for most of the day. we finally decided to get up and do something at about 3:00 pm..lol. it was nice to not have anything to do. of course when i say nothing, i mean there was plenty to do (laundry, dishes, and others) but nothing that couldn't wait so i could RELAX. for the most part, the kids cooperated. we finally left the house at about 3:30 and went to the dump, yes, that was part of the outing. because my hubby is literally gone ALL day, i get the pleasure of doing those things as well as take care of the kids. my father used to do it and still does occasinally, but his truck keeps having problems. ALL housework is done by me, even on his day off. not because he doesn't want to do it, but because i won't let him. i think he works sooo much that on his day off he needs rest. of course that means i don't get a day off. i did once when my sister was home from college, my parents took my sister and all the kids to boothbay and within a couple of hours i was calling to see when they would be home, because i was bored.....what is wrong with me???? that was the first and last time i had a complete day off. anyway, enough about my life! :) so, anyway, on to the rest of the day. we went to walmart ~ just me and the 4 kiddos. why you ask?? well, to look. i don't know what we were looking for, but we didn't find it :). then we ate and went to the mall. i bought two kid leashes ~ they are not as bad as it sounds, here is a picture:
we put the dogs on the girls and walked around the mall. they had a blast, and it tired them out!!! of course i had people looking at me like i was a horrible mom because i had leashes on my girls, but hey, they liked it and it was better then having someone steal them or try to keep them going in the same direction. toya and jordan each "walked" one baby. i thought it worked out well. kelsey figured out how to drop herself to the ground and crawl to get away. it was actually kinda funny, and then kaylee kept looking backwards at the leash and turned around just in time to smack face first into a trash can. i don't think it is something i will do too often, as the carriage works better. maybe when they get a little older. i also thought i would mention that jordan has the same thing, but his is a monkey.
on to other news, yesterday we went to augusta for our friday night shopping. we stopped by old navy and i was able to get the girls each a outfit for church for 5.97 each. the skirts were only .97 each and the shirts were 5.00 of course those that i go to church with will see them in them tomorrow, but the picture is for those who won't see us. i might be able to get some pictures of them in them tomorrow if i remember. i like buying the girls new churhc outfits on fridays that way they can wear them on sundays so i don't have to iron anything, i only buy them if they are cheap. i think 13.00 is pretty cheap for two somplete outfits, don't you!!!! they sure are cute too. anyway, here are the outfits:
okay, whenever i say there is no news, my post ends up being really long. i guess my life is more interesting then i think. jordan will be going to the fire station on tuesday. i will not be able to go as i will be babysitting, but his teacher is planning on taking pictures. just so everyone knows, i do have a daughter. her name is latoya :). i have seen that i do not update on her often, not because she is any less special, but everything is pretty much the same for her. she has a couple of field trips lined up, which include pumpkin land and the fire station. i will not be able to go to any of those either and i don't have anyone to take pictures. maybe i will be able to find someone, i'm not sure. i just hate that she is not really in this blog. i will have to try to update on her more, as well as some pictures. okay, that's all for tonight. church tomorrow! :)
